For years Thermodyne has been manufacturing transport boxes for the storage and transfer of dangerous goods. This is not a new fact in itself, but it is not very well known. Therefore we would like to take a new development as an opportunity to draw attention to our solutions tested under the toughest conditions.

We have just successfully completed a fire test which enables us to pack critically defective Li-Ion batteries which, in the worst case, tend to explode. Even for this application, our conventional advantageous design with the containers made of PE-HD shells remains part of the material selection.
