MILSPRAY is a leading provider of products, systems, and services used to extend the operating life of military vehicles, aircraft, ships, weapons and equipment.

The company has a proven track record of supplying its solutions to military organisations, government agencies, and commercial customers worldwide. Services are designed to be mobile, on-demand, and on-site.

Military equipment and vehicle repair services

MILSPRAY’s team of highly trained, skilled, and certified corrosion repair personnel have extensive experience in on-site small arms weapons repairs, deployable vehicles, and equipment wash systems.

We also specialise in Chemical Agent Resistant Coating (CARC) systems, speciality coatings, mil-spec touch-up paint systems, and have a comprehensive military coatings laboratory for applied research and development. Our scope of services ranges from a handful of assets to over 1,000 in under a year.

MILSPRAY has supported the US Military’s RESET efforts through the deployment of installations globally. Our technicians use a portable and environmentally friendly shelter system to repair and recoat all types of military vehicles and equipment on-site, ranging from equipment pieces such as generators to large wheeled and tracked vehicles.

Equipment and corrosion maintenance for the defence industry

MILSPRAY can assist a maintenance facility in working through their backlog, establish and manage a full corrosion maintenance and repair programme, as well as see to specific units on a base ahead of their deployment.

MILSPRAY has the ability to repair, repaint, and protect military vehicles and equipment in accordance with technical manuals and specifications. We can supply all environmental permits and/or authorisations to operate on-site in line with individual local, federal, state and base regulations.

Recently, MILSPRAY was sole sourced for a United States Army Corrosion Prevention and Control (CPAC) contract in Germany, where we processed 1,066 assets in 8 months. This contract was renewed in November 2019. From 2019 to 2020, MILSPRAY processed nearly 1,400 assets.

The United States Marine Corps (USMC) is a long-standing partner of MILSPRAY and, since August 2006, we have continuously operated our Mobile Corrosion Repair facility (MCRF) in support of the USMC CPAC programme. MILSPRAY has performed CPAC services at nearly every major USMC installation, from Camp Lejeune to MCAGCC Twentynine Palms, servicing over 11,000 vehicles and pieces of equipment during this time.

Due to MILSPRAY’s successful corrosion refurbishment contract for the United States Air Force in Guam, our data collection and processes have been used to update the Air Force CPAC Technical Order.

Cost-effective touch-up paints for military vehicle maintenance

MILSPRAY’s pre-measured touch-up kits are a cost-effective and environmentally friendly way to apply Mil-Spec coatings to small areas requiring a repaint. Kits are filled with 2oz (59ml) of Qualified Product List (QPL) coatings through agreements with QPL coating manufacturers.

The kits contain all items required to perform minor touch-ups such as protective gloves, sanding blocks and lint-free tack cloths. They are intended to be used as a ‘one and done’ solution to significantly reduce hazardous waste and the need for personnel on the ground to perform complicated measurements of military coatings to achieve the correct formulas.

Our highly effective touch-up kits provide the required visual camouflage for all tactical assets and come in several formats, including brush, roller, aerosol, and non-aerosol spray.

Mobile corrosion repair facilities for the defence industry

The MILSPRAY field-deployable Mobile Corrosion Repair Facilities (MCRF) are robust and field-tested. We have operated for extended periods in extreme conditions, including in highly corrosive environments, severe blizzards and high winds. Deployments typically range from between 90 days to 12 months, but can be as long as 60 months.

The success of our field-deployable system hinges on the elimination of military vehicle transportation (TOT) costs and the rapid completion of assets and gear inducted into the facility. We offer minimum vehicle downtime and maximum throughput at a cheaper cost than most government repair facilities. Since MILSPRAY operates on-site, vehicles and equipment are available on demand and commander availability and combat readiness is optimised.

The complete MCRF service includes all personnel, equipment, permits, and consumables required to complete the mission. This hands-off approach allows MILSPRAY to work autonomously and enables military personnel to focus on their mission.

Military vehicle and aircraft wash systems

The concept behind MILSPRAY’s vehicle wash systems is to eliminate the time, expense, construction, and environmental concerns involved in the traditional wash rack acquisition process.

MILSPRAY’s vehicle wash systems reclaim, recycle, and re-use wash water. All system components are located above ground and can be operated and maintained with ease. There are no retention ponds, basins, or separate in-ground holding tanks and no discharge or waste stream.

MILSPRAY’s simple yet robust wash systems are ideal for agricultural inspections, vehicle wash downs, and general military vehicle cleaning. Available options include hot or cold-water systems, high-output water cannons (tank track cleaning), 20ft and 40ft containerised systems, area lighting, recycled or clean discharge, and ramp systems.
