On April 22, 2014 the district court appointed lawyer Martin Mucha from the Stuttgart law firm Grub Brugger & Partner as preliminary insolvency administrator.

The business operations of DOLL Fahrzeugbau AG and DOLL Sachsen will be continued under the supervision of the preliminary insolvency administrator without restrictions. The company is to be redeveloped as part of the ongoing insolvency proceedings. The search for a suitable investor for DOLL has already taken place.
