RUAG is among Switzerland’s favourite employers this year. Ranked 12th in 2011, the international technology group was able to rise to eighth position in the latest survey conducted by consultants Universum Communications, and was rated by Switzerland’s students as one of the country’s top ten employers.
Engineering and technology students ranked international technology group RUAG four places higher compared to the previous year, placing the company eighth in the latest rankings of favourite Swiss employers. Universum surveyed a total of 9291 students in the country about their career prospects and asked them to rate employer attractiveness, showing them a list of 130 employers. The main career preferences include a creative and dynamic working environment, a wide range of tasks, challenging roles and innovation.
