It has been announced that Björn Karlsson will take over as managing director of MilDef AB from current managing director Tomas Odelid.
The changes will be effective from 1 September 2015.
Mr Odelid will now devote his whole time to MilDef group’s parent company MilDef Invest AB and its subsidiaries.
It has been this restructure that has paced the way for continued expansion of the operational subsidiaries and will facilitate increased focus on the group’s strategy.
Björn Karlsson joins the firm from ReadSoft AB, where he managed the research and development and product management departments with direct responsibility for around 200 people. Mr Karlsson has experience in product development, leadership and international business development and brings a strong personality and high level of commitment.
