Bertin Technologies has announced the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of the Swedish company Exensor from Verdane NVP II SPV K/S, Marginalen Group, Erland von Hofsten Advokat and a further 16 private investors.
Exensor, an international leader in sensors and protection networks for sensitive areas and infrastructures. The headquarters of Exensor, founded in 1987, are located in Lund, Sweden. Exensor has subsidiaries in the UK and in Germany. Exensor has key international clients in the defence and security sector. This operation will strengthen and speed up the strategic development of Bertin Technologies on the global instrumentation and surveillance market for defence and security applications.
