Marshall Land Systems and Utilis UK have today signed a collaboration agreement to jointly market and supply camp infrastructure solutions where both shelter and tent based combinations are needed to meet the requirement.
"This agreement provides both ourselves and Utilis with significant opportunities to develop our markets and jointly provide our customers with an even better deployable camp infrastructure offering and one where they can be confident of having integrated support throughout the life of the solution provided by two world leading companies," said Peter Callaghan, chief executive of Marshall Land Systems.
Stuart Adamson, managing director of Utilis UK, added: " We are delighted to be signing this agreement with Marshall Land Systems, the combination of our skills in providing tent based solutions and their abilities in providing shelter based solutions are a really good fit. The two companies design and manufacturing skills and philosophies dovetail perfectly."
The combination of Utilis tent based solutions including accommodation, working environments and hospital wards together with Marshall Land Systems’ shelter based hospital, command and control, ground control station systems will allow both companies to provide their joint customers with turnkey solutions.
Where the opportunity is right, both companies will be pooling their contractor logistic support (CLS) to provide an end-to-end package which will allow users to be confident that their camp infrastructure is fit for purpose.
