Rubb Buildings is returning to this year’s Defence and Security Equipment International (DSEI) to showcase our military building range of deployable aircraft hangars, military storage warehouses, sunshades, workshops and shelter infrastructure.
Rubb’s Expeditionary Forces Aircraft Shelter System (EFASS) has been especially designed and developed as a response to direct military personnel requests worldwide. The hangar system has evolved into a unique military shelter solution to meet all our clients’ and end users’ defence storage requirements.
Hangars provide reliable, durable and field maintainable structures suitable for difficult terrain and adverse climates, and can be efficiently manufactured, deployed and erected at bases and in theatre.
EFASS military hangars are demountable, relocatable and reusable. They come in three spans sizes with multiple door options. Structures pack into 20ft ISO containers and are easily transportable by land, sea and air.
Rubb managing director Ian Hindmoor said: "DSEI has always been a good platform where we can engage with key personal in the defence sector, and meet new people and organisations who could benefit from the unique capabilities and rapid deployment features of our military hangars."
Rubb’s post-use storage, assessment and refurbishment service is another benefit of the EFASS range. It is a cost-effective, long-term investment plan that is adaptable for varying military needs. Rubb Military buildings have been used by the UK MoD for more than 35 years and has also benefitted from the company’s EFASS lifecycle cost-saving options.
Rubb’s range of rapid deployment hangars and shelters range can be viewed at STAND S4-165.
