The board and shareholders of Oxley Group are pleased to announce the appointment of Darren Cavan as the new CEO of Oxley Group.

Darren has had a long and successful career with Oxley and has spent time with both Oxley Developments in the UK and Oxley Inc. in the US. He has a Mechanical Engineering background and a wealth of experience in programme management, engineering, operations, commercial and technical functions.

Darren brings to the role over 25 years of experience within the aerospace and military sector, specifically in the LED lighting and electronics arena.

Commenting on his new role, Darren said, ‘I am proud to be appointed as Oxley Group CEO. Oxley are world leaders in innovation and I look forward to leveraging our technology and working with customers to develop new solutions.’

‘I have a strong belief in the Oxley team and I will work with them to deliver our strategic vision and perform against our ambitious growth targets.’

Oxley chairman Peter Bedwin added, ‘I very much welcome Darren’s appointment. In Darren we have a CEO who has an excellent technical understanding coupled with a valuable insight into the workings of the Group.
