RELYANT, a global provider of services to both the Federal Government and commercial market sectors, announced today that it has acquired a minority interest of 49% in NewLink Solutions, LLC.
NewLink is an existing commercial IT and communications company that is focused on providing advanced strategic solutions for corporate clients and their customers.
NewLink currently supports numerous clients in the East Tennessee area and additionally supporting RELYANT with operations in Afghanistan.
