MILITARY RACKMOUNT CASES

Military rackmount cases were invented by ECS in 1965 and are war tested and battlefield durable. ECS rackmount cases are the toughest, lightest, smallest most protective portable military electronic enclosures anywhere.

Available in numerous sizes, styles and colors, with a full range of options, they are watertight, dustproof and have a Chemical Warfare Agent (CWA) proof seal.

WEAPONS CASE TRANSPORT SYSTEM

ECS has designed a weapons case transport system for the logistical needs of the modern military. The cases range from individual to multi-weapon cases, for efficient and safe transport. Developed using direct input from machine-gun team leaders, these cases are operator friendly, reliable, robust, and incorporate a variety of weapon and accessory configurations.

CUSTOM FOAM CUSHION INSERTS

Custom foam cushions are designed and manufactured to protect valuables from rough handling and extreme G-forces during shipping and transport. Varying types and densities of foam materials are utilized to create the necessary final product.

Using computer-controlled cutting systems, designed by ECS, we are able to meet cushion design demands and tolerances to 10,000ths of an inch.

ECS maintains over 30,000 different items in inventory including casters, handles, latches, pressure valves and more. RMT – Loadmaster Rotationally Molded Cases™ – a 21st century revolution in case design provides uncompromised protection from moisture, dust, sand and chemical warfare agents. Modular cases of different sizes efficiently stack together and interlock securely, creating the smallest and safest footprint possible on the 463L military pallet or any warehousing facility.

Old-fashioned transit cases have been outmoded as Loadmaster Modular Cases are selected for most new field-deployable military systems. Many stock case sizes can be immediately shipped from the ECS 42,000ft² rotational-molding facility.
