Superior Government Solutions (SGS) has won a contract to provide IT support services to US Army Command and Control (C2) users.
The Command and Control Support Agency (CCSA) Customer Support Services (CSS) contract falls under the IT Engineering & Services (ITES-3S) contract vehicle.
It was awarded by Department of the Army (HQDA), Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS), the Command and Control Support Agency (CCSA), and the Army Operations Center (AOC).
The contract is valued at $15.6m and involves the delivery of other end-user services.
It will support a local user community of between 400 and 750 users and some 2,700 remotely through their SharePoint environment to complete their mission.
SGS is a joint venture (JV) between T and T Consulting Services (T&T) and Planned Systems International (PSI).

Under the contract, SGS Team will focus on around-the-clock monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of desktops, servers, network, and applications issues.
It will also provide services related to equipment relocation and reconfiguration, and user account, network, and remote log on issues.
