Nato Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) has awarded a three-year $50m support services contract to MCR Federal.
Under the indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, MCR is expected to provide a range of services throughout NCI Agency directorates.
Services will include business analysis, process architecture and design, quality, risk, benefits management, organisational design, change management and general business.
MCR president Vince Kiernan said: "The key to this win was MCR’s overall reputation.
"We maintained a caring and trustworthy partnership with our customers, provided quality employees in all areas, established a strong subcontracts team, and provided a rapid response to all tasking."
The NCI Agency provides secure, coherent, cost-effective and interoperable communications, information systems and services.

NCI Agency services are designed to support Nato consultation, command and control, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities.
In August, Nato members and partners completed saber guardian/rapid trident exercises, which involved approximately 1,800 soldiers from 18 countries.
MCR is a prime contractor with a portfolio including GSA OASIS, IDIQ contracts, GSA federal supply schedules (FSS), and customer-centric contracts.
