General Dynamics has won two US Army contracts with a combined value of US$120.5m.
The US Department of Defence awarded the firm’s Ordnance and Tactical Systems unit a US$87.8m contract to supply small-calibre ammunition to the army.
Work on the contract will be complete by August of 2010.
General Dynamics Land Systems won a US$32.7m army contract to perform engineering and manufacturing work for its Stryker armoured fighting vehicles.
General Dynamics will perform the work on the Stryker mobile gun system and nuclear biological chemical reconnaissance vehicle.
