Allen-Vanguard has been awarded a contract to provide Canadian Forces with a complete integrated solution for personal protection against explosives.
An ensemble will be delivered to the forces to provide a new level of operational capability against current and emerging threats including improvised explosive devices, and chemical / biological agents.

The solution will include the Med-Eng bomb suit, a chemical protection undergarment, sophisticated respiratory protection, and multifaceted personal cooling.
Allen-Vanguard CEO Dennis Morris said, “This contract is particularly significant because it follows extensive independent testing that required the ensemble to be proven against very demanding criteria as a complete system, rather than a collection of individual components.”
