The Indian and Singaporean Armies have begun a month-long joint exercise, Bold Kurukshetra, at Babina in Jhansi, India.
Bold Kurukshetra, which began on 1 March, involves multitiered planning, use of new-generation equipment and joint execution of mission by artillery batteries and combat groups.
The annual exercise will sharpen skills in anti-militancy exercises, according to the Press Trust of India.
The exercise also helps the armies to practice with the armoured divisions of each nation.
