DLT Solutions has received a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) to provide information technology asset management (ITAM) to the US Department of Defense (DoD) and other customers.
The ten-year DoD Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) BPA has a potential value of up to $820m and will run until 11 July 2029.
The award currently consists of seven technology vendors including AppDynamics, Archibus, Cloudbees, Flexera, NETSCOUT, Polyverse and Tripwire. The contract will allow the addition of new vendors during the course of the contract period.
The contract allows the DoD, intelligence community and US Coast Guard to purchase ITAM solutions.
Under the agreement, DLT will provide ITAM software, application maintenance support, information technology professional services and other associated services.
DLT Solutions president Brian Strosser said: “This long-term blanket purchase agreement is a testament to DLT’s tenured relationship and unwavering support of the Department of the Defense and the DoD ESI initiative.

In June, DLT won a ten-year DoD ESI BPA for Autodesk software. DLT is Autodesk’s Master Government Aggregator.
The contract is intended to equip DoD agencies with Autodesk 3D design, engineering, and entertainment software.
DoD ESI is designed to facilitate the establishment and management of “enterprise commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) IT agreements, assets, and policies”.
The initiative seeks to reduce the cost of ownership across the DoD enterprise.
