The US Army Contracting Command (ACC) has awarded a contract to AM General for the manufacture of new M997A3 high-mobility multi-purpose wheeled vehicle (HMMWV) ambulance vehicles.
The contract has a total value of $800m, which includes the value of options if exercised.

Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace (KDA) has received a $498.29m contract for performing work on the M153 common remotely operated weapon station.

The Government of Egypt has requested for a $99m foreign military sale (FMS) of 120mm ammunition rounds from the US.
The possible FMS includes 46,000 units of 120mm Target practice – tracer (M831A1) and 120mm target practice, cone stabilised, discarding sabot – (M865) rounds, and 4,500 120mm insensitive munitions high-explosive with tracer (IM HE-T) cartridges.
The contract also includes 10,000 120mm fourth-generation kinetic energy-tungsten (KE-W) A4 armour-piercing fin-stabilised discarding sabot with tracer (APFSDS-T) rounds, engineering and logistics support services, associated testing inspections, spares, and support equipment.
Egypt plans to use the ammunition on M1A1 Abrams tank fleet to improve its defensive capabilities.
General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems will be the prime contractor for the deal.
Lockheed Martin Corporation has been awarded a $59.94m contract to supply modernised radar frequency interferometers to the UK, Qatar, Republic of Korea, and Saudi Arabia, under a foreign military sales programme.
The contract, which has been awarded by the US Army Contracting Command (ACC), also includes spare parts, sustainment hardware, and associated support functions.
The contract is scheduled for completion by August 2023.

The contractor will supply Hydra 70mm rockets to the governments of Afghanistan, Nigeria, Australia, Lebanon and Philippines, under a foreign military sales (FMS) programme.
