The industry’s overall hiring increased by 4.43% in September 2021 when compared with August 2021.
Out of the aerospace, defence & security industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 35.91% share in September 2021, recording an increase of 2.95% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in Sweden’s aerospace, defence & security industry’s IT recruitment activity in September 2021
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Sweden’s aerospace, defence & security industry in September 2021.
1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 80% in September 2021, registering a flat growth over the previous month.
2) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed an 8.57% share, a flat growth over the previous month.
3) Computer and Information Research Scientists held a share of 8.57%, registering a flat growth from August 2021.
4) Database and Network Administrators and Architects captured a share of 2.86%, down 88.89% over the previous month.
Top five aerospace, defence & security companies in Sweden’s IT recruitment activity in September 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average flat growth share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Sweden’s aerospace, defence & security industry during September 2021 over August 2021.
The Boeing posted 17 IT jobs in September 2021 and registered a flat growth over the previous month, followed by Saab with 13 jobs and a 31.58% drop. Teledyne Technologies with 4 IT jobs and Diehl StiftungKG with 1 jobs, recorded a 100% flat growth and a flat growth.
Junior Level job postings dominate in September 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 48.57%, down by 39.29% from August 2021. Mid Level positions with a 34.29% share, registered an increase of 33.33% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 17.14% share, up 500% over August 2021.
