The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 11.27% in November 2021 when compared with October 2021.

Out of the total IT job titles posted by Robert Bosch, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 81.21% in November 2021, and a flat growth over October 2021, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 7.26% in November 2021, and registered a decline of 30.48%. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 6.76% in November 2021, a 6.25% rise from October 2021.

Europe emerged as the leading region in the global auto IT hiring activity in November 2021 with a 60.83% share, which marked a 4.08% drop over the previous month.
Asia-Pacific stood next with 23.96%, registering a 3.98% month-on-month decline. North America was the third leading region with a 12.43% share and a 6.72% drop over October 2021.
In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 2.68% and a month-on-month flat growth. Middle East & Africa stood at the bottom of the table with a share of 0.1%, registering a flat growth over the previous month.
Germany commanded a leading presence in the region’s auto industry IT hiring activity with a 40.46% share in November 2021, a 2.52% growth over October 2021. India featured next with a 13.12% share, up 4.76% over the previous month. US recorded an 8.65% share, a decline of 16.35% compared with October 2021.
Junior Level jobs lead Robert Bosch IT hiring activity in November 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 70.68%, down by 5.33% from October 2021. Entry Level positions with a 15.51% share, a growth of 10.64% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with 13.42% share, down 11.76% over October 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 0.4%, recording a month-on-month decline of 20%.
