Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Raytheon Technologies IT hiring in November 2021
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Raytheon Technologies, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 48.21% in November 2021, and a 15.08% drop over October 2021, while Computer and Information Research Scientists claimed a share of 25.57% in November 2021, and registered growth of 8.26%. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 11.43% in November 2021, a 30.82% drop from October 2021.
North America drives IT hiring at Raytheon Technologies
North America emerged as the leading region in the global aerospace, defence & security IT hiring activity in November 2021 with a 92.85% share, which marked a 14.43% drop over the previous month.
Asia-Pacific stood next with 4.5%, registering a 15.28% month-on-month growth. Europe was the third leading region with a 2.55% share and a 74.07% rise over October 2021.
In the fourth place was Middle East & Africa with a share of 0.05% and a month-on-month decline of 75%. South & Central America stood at the bottom of the table with a share of 0.05%, registering a flat growth over the previous month.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s aerospace, defence & security industry IT hiring activity with a 91.98% share in November 2021, a 14.89% decline over October 2021. India featured next with a 3.3% share, up 7.02% over the previous month. The UK recorded a 2.38% share, an increase of 76% compared with October 2021.
Mid Level jobs lead Raytheon Technologies IT hiring activity in November 2021
Mid Level jobs held a share of 47.29%, down by 2.13% from October 2021. Junior Level positions with a 30.34% share, a decline of 19.77% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 21.89% share, down 19.04% over October 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 0.49%, recording a month-on-month decline of 47.06%.
