
Poland’s apparel industry registered a 2.7% drop in IT hiring activity in November 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.
The industry’s overall hiring increased by 3.23% in November 2021 when compared with October 2021.
Out of the apparel industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 22.81% share in November 2021, recording a decrease of 1.82% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in Poland’s apparel industry’s IT recruitment activity in November 2021
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s apparel industry in November 2021.
1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 81.63% in November 2021, registering a 21.57% decline over the previous month.
2) Computer and Information Analysts claimed a 6.12% share, a decrease of 25% over the previous month.
3) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 6.12%, registering a flat growth from October 2021.
4) Database and Network Administrators and Architects captured a share of 4.08%, down 83.33% over the previous month.
Top five apparel companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in November 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average flat growth share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s apparel industry during November 2021 over October 2021.
Amazon posted 23 IT jobs in November 2021 and registered a drop of 23.33% over the previous month, followed by LPP with 18 jobs and a 43.75% drop. NIKE with 5 IT jobs and Stuart Weitzman with 3 jobs, recorded a 16.67% decline and a 200% growth.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 71.43%, down by 46.97% from October 2021. Entry Level positions with a 22.45% share, registered an increase of 450% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 6.12% share, flat growth over October 2021.
