The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 6.99% in October 2022 when compared with September 2022.
Out of the aerospace, defence & security industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 19.17% share in October 2022, recording an increase of 0.76% over the last three-month average share.

Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s aerospace, defence & security industry in October 2022.
1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 66.67% in October 2022, registering a 33.33% decline over the previous month.
2) Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a 16.67% share, a flat growth over the previous month.
3) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 16.67%, registering a flat growth from September 2022.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 66.67% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s aerospace, defence & security industry during October 2022 over September 2022.
CAE posted 4 IT jobs in October 2022 and registered a rise of 100% over the previous month, followed by Boeing with 3 jobs and a flat growth. Woodward with 1 IT job and Lockheed Martin with 1 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a flat growth, respectively, while Raytheon Technologies recorded a flat growth with 1 job postings during October 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in October 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 75%, up by 12.5% from September 2022. Mid Level positions with a 25% share, registered a flat growth compared with the previous month.
