The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 8.45% in September 2021 when compared with August 2021.
Out of the apparel industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 3.1% share in September 2021, recording an increase of 0.42% over the last three-month average share.

Top five apparel companies in France’s IT recruitment activity in September 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 270.59% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of France’s apparel industry during September 2021 over August 2021.
Dassault Systemes posted 70 IT jobs in September 2021 and registered a rise of 600% over the previous month, followed by LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton with 25 jobs and a 127.27% growth. Amazon with 15 IT jobs and Chanel with 9 jobs, recorded an 114.29% flat growth and a 350% flat growth, respectively, while Leroy Merlin recorded an increase of 75% with 7 job postings during September 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in September 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 47.4%, up by 52.08% from August 2021. Entry Level positions with a 37.66% share, registered an increase of 625% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 14.94% share, up 53.33% over August 2021.
