The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 25.93% in August 2021 when compared with July 2021.
Out of the aerospace, defence & security industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 32.14% share in August 2021, recording an increase of 1.53% over the last three-month average share.

Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Netherlands aerospace, defence & security industry in August 2021.
1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 65.52% in August 2021, registering a 26.92% decline over the previous month.
2) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a 24.14% share, a decrease of 12.5% over the previous month.
3) Computer and Information Analysts held a share of 6.9%, registering a flat growth from July 2021.
4) Database and Network Administrators and Architects captured a share of 3.45%, down 87.5% over the previous month.

The Boeing posted 25 IT jobs in August 2021 and registered a rise of 2400% over the previous month, followed by Thales with 4 jobs and a 90% drop.
Entry Level job postings dominate in August 2021
Entry Level jobs held a share of 55.17%, up by 1500% from July 2021. Junior Level positions with a 24.14% share, registered a decline of 75.86% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 20.69% share, down 45.45% over July 2021.
