Of the industry's total hiring activity, the highest number of new job postings were for Computer and Mathematical Occupations, which accounted for 22% of the total new job postings in Q4 2023 and were down by 83% year-on-year. Second highest were Architecture and Engineering Occupations, which accounted for 19% and drop by 86% year-on-year, and third highest were Management Occupations, which were 56% of the new job postings and 80% lower year-on-year.

Top five companies in aerospace, defence and security industry accounted for 79% of hiring activity

The highest number of jobs were posted by Thales with 56, followed by MBDA Holdings with 49, while the highest increase was at Elettronica Group at 82%.
