Leonardo is an Italian headquartered defence corporation that is recognized for Business Expansion and M&A in the 2022 Army Technology Excellence Awards.
The company and its subsidiaries have been actively acquiring assets to enhance its portfolio including completing the acquisition of a 25.1% stake in the German defence technology company Hensoldt for a cash purchase price of approximately $689m (€606m).
