Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Thales IT hiring in September 2021
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Thales, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 69.68% in September 2021, and a 17.87% drop over August 2021, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 12.9% in September 2021, and registered growth of 17.65%. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 9.35% in September 2021, a 26.09% rise from August 2021.

Europe emerged as the leading region in the global aerospace, defence & security IT hiring activity in September 2021 with a 70.65% share, which marked a 6.01% drop over the previous month.
Asia-Pacific stood next with 20%, registering a 1.59% month-on-month decline. North America was the third leading region with a 7.42% share and a 52.08% drop over August 2021.
In the fourth place was Middle East & Africa with a share of 1.29% and a month-on-month decline of 42.86%. South & Central America stood at the bottom of the table with a share of 0.65%, registering a flat growth over the previous month.
France commanded a leading presence in the region’s aerospace, defence & security industry IT hiring activity with a 46.77% share in September 2021, a 2.03% decline over August 2021. India featured next with an 8.39% share, up 44.44% over the previous month. Australia recorded a 7.42% share, a decline of 11.54% compared with August 2021.
Junior Level jobs lead Thales IT hiring activity in September 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 74.84%, down by 15.64% from August 2021. Mid Level positions with a 15.16% share, a decline of 16.07% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 9.68% share, up 36.36% over August 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 0.32%, recording a month-on-month flat growth.
