The US Army has awarded a potential five-year Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications-Tactical (PEO C3T) Total Package Fielding (TPF) Tool contract to InCadence Strategic Solutions.

The task order was awarded under the army’s $37.4bn Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) contract vehicle.

The $5.1m contract has a base period of 12 months and four 12-month option periods.

Under the contract, InCadence will develop a new system to help optimise the functionality of the existing Project Manager (PM) TPF tools.

The system will also provide the PEO with the capability for on-demand visibility of resource management activities.

The contract will contribute to bringing scalable logistics technology to quickly deliver advanced weapons systems to troops.

The contract includes a five-year base ordering period and a five-year optional ordering period.

RS3 is a multiple-award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides support services related to command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR).

Work under the contract includes services such as research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E), engineering, logistics, and acquisition and strategic planning.
