NCI has received a $211m contract to provide agile acquisition, systems engineering and logistics services to the US Army Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier headquarters and subordinate PEO programmes at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, US.
The five-year and cost-plus-fixed-fee contract includes a 12-month base period with four one-year option periods.
Under the deal, the firm will provide engineering, quality assurance, test, acquisition, business management, logistics and fielding, operations and administrative support to the PEO Soldier headquarters and its subordinate project management offices.
The contract will cover all phases of system lifecycle management, including technology, engineering and manufacturing development, production and deployment, operations and support for PEO Soldier assets across the globe.
