By GlobalDataThe equipment is currently at the Coleman worksite at Rhineland-Pfalz in Germany, and will be moved to the new locations this month.
The EAS consists of roughly 12,000 pieces of equipment, used by US-based rotational forces for training in Europe.
Following a mid-2014 announcement, the US Department of Defense (DoD) has signed agreements with respective host nations.
The agreement with the allies will see transportation of 70 pieces of equipment to Romania, 500 to Bulgaria, and 200 to Lithuania.

Operation Atlantic Resolve is a combined US and Nato effort in response to Russia’s actions in Ukraine.
