FLIR Systems has signed an asset purchase agreement to buy Point Grey Research for $253m.

Point Grey Research business will operate as the FLIR Systems’ Integrated Imaging Solutions under its original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and emerging segment, upon completion of the transaction by the end of 2016.
