Otokar has been contracted to supply COBRA II tactical wheeled armoured vehicles to the Turkish security forces.
The €106.1m order includes COBRA II 4×4 tactical wheeled armoured vehicles, as well as maintenance and support systems.
Otokar general manager Serdar Gorguc said: "Last year we were awarded the first two orders for Cobra II that we designed at Otokar with our own intellectual property rights and specifically against increasing threats.
"Armed with our engineering capabilities and R&D strength, we will keep on providing state-of-the-art solutions for our users."
With a capacity to carry nine crew members, COBRA II provides protection, firepower and equipment for missions.
The vehicle can be used against upcoming ballistic, mine and improvised explosive device (IED) threats in a wide range of challenging terrains and climatic conditions.
Deliveries under the contract will begin later this year and run through up to the first quarter of 2017.
Otokar said that COBRA II has passed terrain and climatic condition tests conducted in the region.
The vehicle is also available in an amphibious version developed specifically for export markets.
During recent tests in a Gulf country for hot climate conditions and amphibious properties, Cobra II travelled thousands of miles and successfully passed open water wading tests.
